It’s hard to go wrong with a gin and tonic this time of year. But sometimes I just need to get creative. As you can probably tell from this blog. This is simple but kind of interesting. And really, why not?
Basil Gin and Tonic
4-5 leaves of basil
two wedges of lime
1.5 oz. gin
4 oz. tonic, or to taste
Muddle basil with lime in the bottom of a lowball glass. Add ice. Add gin and tonic. Garnish with lime wedge. Voila.
