I was recently walking through the Smiley Building, where I have a studio, when I passed by the farmer’s market and noticed something different: FLOWERS! A woman named Colleen Clausen was sporting a wreath that made her look like some lovely forest sprite. She recently moved here from Oregon and was showcasing her spectacular bouquets. We are lucky to have some awesome, reliable florists in town, but Colleen seems to be filling a needed niche with her ultra-creative bouquets filled with locally sourced blooms.
