Yesterday I coordinated a wedding at one of my favorite venues, the Eureka Lodge, north of Silverton, Colorado. And I just wanted to post this ridiculously amazing dessert display! (Don’t mind the crappy iPhone photo!) Even the lodge’s staff were taking pictures of this. Cheesecake, apple crumble pie, key lime pie, peanut butter-chocolate pie, brownies, raspberry oat bars…what’s not to love?
After the desserts were done and I set up the couple’s late-night snack display (good food was a theme) I couldn’t help smiling when I saw the whole dance floor rumbling with guests dancing to Uptown Funk—and there was the bride in the middle of it all, a huge glowing grin on her face, looking gorgeous, having an amazing time. This is why I do this!
