About a week and a half ago, our friends Donna and Aaron got married at the Sow’s Ear at Silverpick Lodge between Durango, Colorado and Purgatory Mountain Resort. We didn’t plan it—Donna is the ultimate low-maintenance bride—but Tess did makeup and I took photographs, which was incredibly fun.
It was pretty much impossible to take a bad photo of this couple, especially in this location. Think meadows, blue skies mottled with the perfect amount of clouds for shade, and the Needles rearing up out of the background. Here are just a few photos for weekday daydreaming…
